The one thing that really stood out was the staffs behavior. Everyone was polite and courteous. ( And in all my travel's and stays at hotels this is the number one reason why i ever go back to the same property) The rooms are clean and quiet, hot water is available around the clock. Kitchen staff is also very prompt and accommodating. ( i requested for a late night snack at around 11PM and they obliged) Reception and kitchen staff are very quick in picking up calls from the room and service is also nice. Food is reasonably priced.

The hotel is at a very good location, near the airport and shopping mall. Our check in was fast and the room given immediately after arrival. We were allowed a bit of late check out too which helped as our flight was delayed. At the price it is a steal with breakfast included too.

Our Stay was very Pleasant. The Staff was extremely courteous and Helpful. The facilities, Room were very clean. The staff went an extra mile to help us with our transportation. Excellent stay.

The service from staff was excellent and the rooms are very clean and fresh. They have restaurants and also provide breakfast. The staff provide us with all amenities. Also the location of this property is closest to city and airport .

The restaurant had tasty food and breakfast. I required brush, paste ,etc and was delivered to my room in very short span and in just one call. The staff was co-operative and helped me with finding my destination.

The hotel was good clean but location is not good and as well the approach road.Staff were accommodative,helping.There should be some improvement in breakfast menu however whatever was there was tasty..The lift had some issues and it was repaired by next day.I stayed in a premier room 502 . The flush in the toilet was unable clean in one stroke. The water force is not enough to flush properly. It should be taken care of. It is a good hotel otherwise.

Under the bed it was very augley. At least once in a week clean under the bed. Otherwise Everything is good. Food is very good. Staff are good
